then when liew, shyan and i wake up the nex morning, it is already 10 somethg, almost 11. after having a simple brunch, coz we know tat we will have a big big meal at nite, we shop the 1st round in jusco. there, we bought 2 whole chicken, 2 pork belly, some vege, 30 small prawns, potatoes, garlic, onion and some sauces. they r enuf for 7 dishes. at tat moment, we cant think wat else to cook, so we just go bek and rest for 1 hr, take everythg into the car and got to carrefour to shop again while waiting for cheng to reach there at 3pm. after buying everythg, we had ingredients for 9 dishes and one soup in total. well, here come our 1st mistake, we din consider tat ladies cant eat much, but do they really eat tat little?
we reached leng's house at around 4pm and we start to prepare immediately since it was really late edi~ cheng and i clear the chicken, 3 whole chicken in total, the rest prepare ingredients for soup and curry chicken. i dun quite know wat they did, wat i know is they peel the skin of potatoes and get rid of the shell of prawn, since i was in the kitchen all the time, clearing the chicken for 2 hrs plus. then when time passes, more and more hands come into the kitchen, helping to peel garlic, onion and clear the big prawn.
"processing" the chicken on the left picture and garlic peeling on the right. can guess whose hand r those? some ppl tends to show like they r working as well, so they just walk into the kitchen when they saw the camera is shooting in the kitchen. u noe who i mean..
there r videos on how those dishes are cooked as well, but just for the 1st 2 la, both chicken... when we start to put raw material onto the stove, oni i know our gang r quite health conscious, they oways stop me from cooking too salty.the 1 who interupt me the most is cheng la, she is the super chef assistant, coz she helped in all 8 dishes. she know how to cook 1, but she just lazy to cook, nex time we shd force her to cook hehe... 1 thing tat surprise me the most is liew can cook really well!! it doesnt match his look kekekeke, sry liew, but tis sentence seems to praise u more hehe. liew cooked 3 dishes - curry chicken, tomato prawn and super hot kangkung. i cooked 2 as well - "kung bao" chicken and potatoes. 3 more dishes are cooked by leng ("fu zuk" and cabbage) and ling ying (a salty prawn with 3 layer<层次> of taste - quoted from bopet). for the picture of dishes, refer here.
well, our dishes although cannot fight restaurant, but personally, i feel they r kinda good, not to praise ourselves, but my tongue wont tell lie. although some dishes r not salty enuf to me, but they r too salty for others, i think i m 1 of the ppl who have heavy taste. tat's y we will always need taster to taste those food, so tat a moderate taste will be produced. there r always argument on is the food salty enuf like:
version 1:
c: 来试一下,我觉得不够咸。
t: 哇,你吃很咸咧,够味道了啦!
c: 真的不够啦。
t: 等一下太咸就吃不完了。
c: 好啦。
the above is usually my case...
version 2:
c: 来试一下。
t: 不够咸咧,加多一点盐/酱油。
c: 会咩,我觉得够了啦。等一下太咸就很难空口吃了。
t: 好咯,健康点。

then bout leng, haha! cannot stand, she burned the garlic when she started to cook. do u guys see those black black thing floating on the fu zuk soup? tat's burned garlic. sry leng, i just cant forget tis part haha! i dun think to laugh at u 1 ok? every1 who dun go to kitchen will make mistake, i just wan to share tis interesting part with every1... and for ly, tis lazy gal finish cooking in i think 5 mins, wasted the butter we buy for her, it cost around 8 bucks ler~ at 1st, every1 tot she is cooking 奶油虾, then we buy a better butter lor, but at last she produced a simple yet salty prawn. to me, i feel it's kinda nice, coz i like salty food wad, and some prawn r kinda fresh (not all, coz we dunno how to choose), they r sweet in taste, i like it.
tis is all i would like to share in the preparation and cooking part. all dishes we prepared r XXL size, we cant finish everythg even we had decided not to cook the last dish - 炒花肉. the winner of eating is Troy ( formerly known as Bopet ), followed by fish head and liew. i cant eat much coz i already start eating since i start to cook haha, it is my bad habit, sry :P for gals? dunno y every1 eat so little, those who used to eat much dun seems to have appetite tat nite, our dishes got prob issit?
we tok and clean up everythg in leng's house until 12am then we decided to leave her housemate a quiet environment to sleep. then we proceed to find kiong, somethg i would like to say here, liew, dun stop at junction, it's really dangerous! we slept at 5am tat day, y? refer to shien's blog

this is a very detail entry of the whole process from buying stuffs to cleaning them up. Good job lik chun!!
we all should form allies in business as well since we have made such good corporations in blogging events. Notice that lik chun can link my photos and wei shien's post on his blog, and then we have the whole picture of the entire day. Good self delegations without any discussions. We are so efficient man!! haha..
and finally, thanks for what u hv wrote on the personal thoughts. I'm glad I get to know u better too. I totally understand and support u to attend your classes. Really no need such sacrifices as all of us in this gang have really spent time 够够 at my time being in Malaysia. Thanks for giving me a wonderful final summer break.

On that day,i actually have a orthopaedic wardround session at 2pm at HUKM.it is quite important.but i skip it so that i can go home earlier to clean up my house to let u all eat in a clean n harmonious environment.c,i sacrified my name as a good student.this is the ist time u guys come to my house,i m really welcome u all.but,since my house is not only belong to me,there is still 3 more housemate,at ist,i m quite afraid my 38 gang would make a great noise that will interrupt my housemate.but luckily,they all went out on that night,so my house is belonged to me now.
on that day,each ppl oso got contribute which isme,ly,chun,liew,cheng,shyan,xin do the cooking;ts n shien wash dishes(but shien u didn't wash the paper dish n hang it with hanger;ah mong/kit mop the floor.but still have 2 ppl folded their arm which is wai kok n bopet.this 2 guys so lazy,only know eating.
btw,although i burn the garlic,but shyan n cheng still say that 'tau fu meat' is nice.i would practise more my cooking so that v could cook again together next time.
