LY's bday celebration

since no 1 is blogging tis, let me do it haha... tis is memorable, tis is the 1st bday celebration i attended since i m bek from london. y i keep insist things i did since i m bek? i dun really know. mayb i think it is a new journey in my life? hmm, shd be... the photos are with me, i wanted to blog tis even with photos, but i just found out i din bring the cable with me and i dun hav a card reader rite now -.-"

well, we succeeded to accompany her to pass both 12am, not every1 did it, but "free" person like me and shyan did it haha. as u know, both of us r just bek from oversea, ntg to do currently, just keep wasting money, pity our parents, lolz. we shd do tis last yr, since that was our 21st bday, a more important 1, but wat2do? every1 was busy tat time and the celebration last yr was postponed? hmm, i cant really remember, but it shd be la, coz ly is the 1 who told me tis haha... and most importantly, i wasnt tat close with them, yeah it is my problem, sad to mention, just forget it. followings are wat we did on 29th jan 2008:

Karaoke
K again? some1 might say haha. but tis is our greatest entertainment i suppose. for ur information, we go to sing K once a week starting week 2 of jan, woops, these ppl are insane. but for sure it is slightly special today, we went to red box plus in pavilion, the most expensive K in town i think and just 3 persons were singing, the another person is cheng lor, she took leave purposely to join us, hmm, such a good fren, but i dun think it is encouraged haha, u might get fired! y just 3 person? erm, i think because tis is an additional event last minute. i know many r busy, but seriously i din expect just 3 person. watever la, it is good oso, no need to fight for mic haha. oh ya, i m performing well tat day as well. sry for tat, but i still like to praise myself haha...

Dinner
we had our dinner at Fridays, total 9 persons, hmm, at least better rite? it is 3 times the number in the afternoon, yeah, this organiser(me) is still capable haha. tis is my 1st time visiting Fridays, it doesnt impress. not saying tat the food there is bad, but seriously ntg special lo, i think most of the western restaurant can do it. another reason we went to Fridays is becoz we heard tat the bday celebration there is unique, i tot it will be as interesting as the 1 in bukit merah, but when we saw how they sing, i feel tat we can sing much better lor. it is basically their attitude problem, they r not serious at all and they feel shy! wth huh? shy? they shd prepare for tis from the 1st day they are employed rite since there is such a special event in tis restaurant! i tot they shd b singing most of the time since there will be some1 celebrating bday everyday... seriously disappointing! and at last we decided to "tabao" the cake to other place since we r in hurry to claim our 2 hrs free parking.

after claiming the free parking, we got ntg to do, so we decided to take photos while waiting for kiong to reach. well, it seems to be lame but seriously i love taking photos, it is the best way to keep memories. just tat my hairstyle wasn't perfect, it was too long and it tends to be curly at the end, hope tat i will hav time to cut my hair b4 cny. we r using the timer since no1 is holding the camera for us. we tend to pose in some special way to get certain feel, and 1 person will be "director" for tat photo, asking every1 else to move or pose other way, it is kinda interesting but there r passerby who looked at us "weirdly", i know actually they r just admiring us, they dun hav such a chance to take group photos with best best frens, hah, i m so bad. but will there be such a day i m acting like those passerby i mentioned? it will be kinda sad by then. hope tis "day" will come later...

Movie - Sweeney Todd
ops, seems like i forgot to mention something important, where is the cake blowing event? ya it happens right b4 we enter the cinema. usually the wordings on the cake r like "happy birthday to XXX" but tis time, it is kinda different! written on the cake is "Oops, v r still 21, but u...". LOL, this is the funniest wording i had ever seen! well done to the person who tot of it, i dunno who is she but haha, it is really funny! there is still a video clip in my camera recording the bday gal's wish for her bday. basically these wishes r weird, watch the clip urself and u will know haha... a better way to pass around tis clip is to upload to youtube, wat do u tink? haha... after tat we go into the cinema and finish the movie around 2:30am. ntg special in the cinema, we can just watch quietly...

Special event
yeah, somethg happen to one of our cars AGAIN, but it wasnt me tis time. when i almost sent kelly to take her car, we received a call saying kiong's car cant start becoz the battery is down due to his carelessness, kiong forgot to switch off the head lamp of his car, swt...we tried to push and start the car, but cant help, the battery is totally dried up. it ended up paying 190 bucks to get a new battery for the "deer". i know it is a bit expensive, i tried to negotiate but fail and most importantly, it was 3am, he is quite "kind"(i wonder) to earn just 30-50 bucks extra.

quite a lot of things happen rite? but it was an interesting day, just like wat sheng told me today : as long as it is tat gang of old frens, watever we do IS interesting. IS means tis will last forever - 不变的定律. Last but not least : Happy birthday my dear fren~
