love to be home

Today is public holiday, dun really know wat holiday it is and so, i got nothing to do today, no office, no bank, no govt department is opened. actually i can hav a good rest today, but while i was in the midst of my sweet dream, my hp rang! i m quite alert to my hp, not like some other ppl who sleep like pig, even alarm ring oso cannot wake up! i m wondering will those ppl wake up when there is a fire? or they will just cont sleeping and become roasted pig? haha. my grandpa is the 1 who called me, he wan to hav breakfast with me, so i get ready asap and drag my lazy feet to the place they r having breakfast. dunno issit becoz of insufficient rest, i m feeling dizzy quite frequent nowadays, and feel tired easily, it doesnt affect my focusing power but seriouslly it feels uncomfortable...

dunno y, staying at home, the feeling is always better, time can pass easier, mayb becoz there r some1 to tok to but i need to face 4 walls, 1 book and 1 laptop oni in kl. for those hu dunno, tis is y i like to come bek so frequent. actually, my gang of fren who r locals in kl or working in kl oways complain, y go bek so often, oways cannot fix a time when every1 is available, no time to see them edi. oh well, can i say just too bad? since i like to be at home more hehe... finish crapping, study time!

Is that low blood pressure that cause your dizziness?

Well, it's always good to be home. I'm like that too. Kinda adventurous at times, but still wanna be home sometimes.

no doc here, only medical student haha. if u r dizzy when ur hungry then is because of low glucose level. so u just need to eat then no more dizziness.

for low blood pressure(bp), is usually inherited.so if do not hv family history rarely u will get low bp.for the sign and symptom of low bp early and common 1 is dizziness, fainting(syncope) then to more serious 1 is loss of consiousness, confussion.

ohhh!!
i thought of low bp cos somehow i read about it when i check out the reasons for causing leg cramps.

Few days ago, I went swimming at night and my left leg cramped. I knew it was coming when i swam, can feel it, but i thought it will be my right leg, ended up it's my left leg. I guess both cramps are coming their way just that i use more force on my right leg when i know my left leg might get cramp.

Then, found out some reasons:
1.exercise at night
2.low calcium, potassium, sodium etc
3.dehydration
4.excess lactic acid, produced by anaerobic respiration

I don't know I fall into which category but most probably all, cause i felt thirsty during swimming. Anything to clarify Doc?

leg cramp ah, among the reasons i would say that is the excessive lactic acid production. because excersice at night do not have any obvious diff compare wif day time. next about the low calcium and potassium, our body need very very small amount of all these mineral and is usually we have sufficient amount of it from our daily diet. when it come to a stage where u are deficiency of the minor mineral, then u might have digestion problem or malnourished.but i don.t think this is happening to u, all of us r probably overnourished haha.

then for dehydration, is very diff for a normal person to reach to this stage unless u never drink for few days or kidney problem. few signs for dehydration, early stage crack lips, loss of skin rigidity, sunken eyeball, anaemia or palor(look pale).if very serious u might hv mental confusion due to electrolyte imbalance.

so if this happen again, rest for a while, take a few deep breath to overcome the oxygen debt and drink some water to speed up the recovery prosess. just some suggestion, if the condition do not change pls visit a doc or paramedic

thanks for your advice liew!
I went to the side of the pool to stretch my calf's muscles. And I relaxed on my leg for the last few laps.

The thing that surprise me was I felt sth different on my leg even on the next day. Makes me dare not put too much pressure on it.

Anyway, good tips!
