bek to mentakab, helping my parents with their biz while enjoying my 1 week holidays. they r happy to c me bek, parents r always like tis, so come bek often if u r able to do so. but there r still a thorn in my heart even i tried not to think bout it anymore. they keep persuading me not to find job, just study hard now, 2 more months oni, then help them with their jobs if i really cant get a job in kl, wat shd i do then?
Malaysia's economy is moving towards recession, KLCI ( kuala lumpur composite index ) dropped 120+ points ( approx 10% ) on the monday after malaysia had drastic political change. however, it is able to pick up around 50-60 points these 2 days, not too bad yet... the recession is estimated to last till end of 2009, so grab ur money hard now, buy shares/lands when they r cheap later~ however, it's always easier to say than do, where the hell shd i get the money from? and when is the period when these things r priced at lowest? these are the rumours spreading around since end of last yr.
when i was having lunch with my dad and a bunch of uncle this afternoon, they r toking bout recent election. BN lost perak and penang for the 1st time in the history. although every1 is clapping their hands, stating tis is a nice lesson for BN being arrogant all the while, but there r still a grp of ppl who will suffer from this result - businessman, especially those business tat need govt's approval, or any other things tat hav to deal with govt. the govt has changed for a few states, every procedure will change as well. let's say, if a timber businessman paid the officer money, and wat he gave the businessman is just a verbal promise that the businessman will get these much of trees. so who shd the business gona claim those trees from as the officer in charge will no longer sit in the place. according to those uncles, this is Y many businessman gone bankrupt when there is a change in govt in every state. tis had happened in terengganu around 10 yrs ago when BN lost terengganu to PAS. no wonder every business man will only vote for BN...
